Ken Price and Son (Cheadles Garage) of Penkridge have been serving the publics motoring needs for many years and are now celebrating over 30 years of being in business in the village of Penkridge.
Ken and his wife Carol have been in business at their current premises in Stone Cross since 1986 and their son Ian joined them in 1992.
Ken and his family who are all committed Christians have a good trusting relationship with their customers and because of customer confidence cars and vans are brought to them from as far away as London and Wales
Ken started in the industry as an apprentice mechanic in Penkridge at the age of 15 and took the bold step of of opening his own business as a mobile motor mechanic in 1983 which proved to be very successful, he then moved to Cheadles Garage in 1986.
In 2002 the company opened a tyre and exhaust bay at the same premises
Recently Ken has made a large investment into the latest diagnostic equipment, which means new and older vehicles can be checked for faults.
